Conditions For Return
Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.
Mac Graham Jewellery will not accept returns of any earrings that have been worn or have had their hygiene tags (applicable for certain earrings) removed. This is for hygienic reasons.
Mac Graham Jewellery is not liable for any lost pieces unless faulty.
Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (New Zealand and International deliveries).
Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Mac Graham Jewellery’s discretion.
Faulty Items
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your item. Please post your faulty item back to us as instructed above. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue in transporting goods. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products unless the item is proven to be faulty, in such case the item will be replaced with the same product. To ensure our customers receive the upmost quality product, all of our items are sold new.
INITIATING A RETURN
To initiate a return please contact dave@macgrahamjewellery.com to report the issue and confirm a return address. As an independent we appreciate this communication as it allows us time to craft your replacement quickly.
Stockist Returns
If you would like to return an item you originally bought from one of our Mac Graham Stockists, please return it directly to the stockist.
